Financial Information: We collect and retain certain financial information from when you confirm to use our services. For example, when you sign up for any service through Handa Homecare, we require you to provide a debit/credit card number and billing address before we process the application.
Assessment of needs: This is done following a referral, family / friends will be on hand to assist with information gathering and decision making particularly in the case of someone who lacks the capacity to make decisions. The information gathered is then used to formulate a service user plan for staff to implement in the provision of care and support. .
Protection of Handa Homecare : We may release account and other personal information when we are required to do so by law, court order, subpoena or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, including CQC, in order to enforce or apply our Services Agreement or other agreements, or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary or advisable, including for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Handa Homecare, our service users and others.
