Handa Homecare’s mission is to provide person centred support to people with activities of daily living in the comforts of their homes so as to promote health and wellbeing with dignity and respect. We value the people in our care, their wishes and aspirations are upheld, documented in the individual Support Plan and implemented by well trained staff.
We aim to support people in our care to:
• Participate fully in their care, to have choice and be involved in decision making
• Meet their identified needs with dignity and respect.
• Live in a safe familiar environment with friends and support in the community.
• Be able to participate socially in the community, develop a range of skills, visit places of interest.

• We have regular supervision and recognise individual and team efforts, self-development and career progression.
• Training and refreshers to ensure staff remain knowledgeable and enhance their skills.
